Contains music that was written for Bernard Zaslav and his performing ensembles, music with related correspondence that was given to Bernard Zaslav and his performing ensembles, and Zaslav's collection of materials on Gabriela Lena Frank and Émile Férir. Dated approximately 1800-2011 with the bulk of the materials being from 1956-2011.

Subseries contains the music from Litterell's binders of Christmas music. The music is photocopies of works for piano, harp and flute. Some of the scores include Litterell's performance notes. It seems like these scores were used for playing at holiday events. Materials dated approximately 1900-2013.

Scope and Contents Materials contain music associated with Bob D. Litterell's quintet Orpheus Harp Quintet which included harp, violin, flute, cello and viola. Some of the works are numbered indicating that they were part of a set list for performance. The series contains photocopied parts of classical and popular works composed or arranged for ensemble groups. Subseries contains the photocopies of scores of popular music from Litterell's binders. Some of the scores are numbered indicating a set list of performance order. The music appears to be intended for event playing and gigs. It includes photocopies of popular, jazz, rock and roll songs as well as music from films and musicals. Materials dated approximately 1900-2013.

Contains the personal repertoire of Bob D. Litterell. The pieces are photocopies of popular, Christmas, and classical songs. The music was used for playing at events. Some portions of the content is numerically tabbed by Litterell. There is music from Broadway musicals, pop songs, jazz repertoire, films, rock and roll, and Christmas songs. The music is originally arranged for piano, harp, voice and other instruments. Materials dated approximately 1900-2013.

This series contains Gordon Childs' personal arrangements and edits of viola d'amore pieces. The materials are in the form of printed music scores, Gordon Childs’ personal handwritten manuscripts of his arrangements, and photocopied music scores. Many of the scores have added annotations and markings by Childs. Dated circa 1700-1799 with the bulk being between 1935-1999.

This series contains materials Gordon Childs collected and received from several prominent contemporary viola d'amore players and composers. The collection includes a rare piece of music given to him by the well-known composer, Vaclav Nelhybel, to perform. Dated 1782-2014 with the bulk being from 1900-2014.
